Bourton Hall is beautifully decorated and well-maintained.
When looking around, we really noticed how high-quality everything was compared to some other venues, which looked a little tired. The exterior is also well-maintained and looks stunning from both the gardens and the drive. The gardens at Bourton Hall are beautiful.
We dealt with Delia prior to booking, and she was brilliant. All of the office staff we dealt with prior to the wedding were very helpful It made such a difference to be treated not just as a paying customer, but as someone that your staff really seemed to care about. All the staff at Bourton were brilliant during our wedding day. The serving staff were so efficient and professional, we really couldn’t fault them, and they did such a brilliant job of getting all the food out on time and making sure that everyone’s drinks were topped up.
We must also give a mention to the kitchen staff – the food was exceptional, delicious, and several of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. The cleaning staff we encountered were also friendly and happy to help – as were all of the staff. Martin, our DJ, did a really great job as well – he really took on board all my notes on the form and put together a brilliant playlist that was just what we were looking for. We had a great time on the dance floor!
We really cannot praise Emily enough – she was a truly outstanding wedding manager.
