The venue was presented beautifully. Very clean, lovely decoration, and our own decorations were added exactly as we wanted them.
The rooms were fantastic, and we had loads of great feedback from our guests who stayed about the room quality. Beautiful grounds and gardens, the venue is so picturesque. The bedrooms are clean, with beautiful decoration, and matched the rest of the house. Also, the housekeeping staff made the Dunsmore suite so accessible for my disabled mother, which really put her at ease. Thank you!
The honeymoon suite is impeccable. It was so easy to find a date for the initial viewing, and Delia was really good at explaining how things work and being clear as to what is included in certain packages, and helping us then book. Harminder was superb with his service as our wedding manager. He was so accommodating, always met our needs, and even secretly arranged surprise fireworks for the groom with me! We received wonderful service from staff on the day, with very attentive members of staff, and the service came with a smile. In relation to all of the food, it was absolutely brilliant. All the dietary requirements were met, including two gluten-free guests who really enjoyed their food! Keep doing what you’re doing! You’re all awesome!
