What a fabulous wedding venue! Because it’s a wedding venue and not a hotel that holds the occasional wedding, they really focused on what was important and anticipated our every need. It’s an elegant venue but with a comfortable feel to it.
The team are incredibly accommodating and helpful, and each couple is allocated their own personal wedding manager to guide them through the process and to make sure every detail is covered.
There’s a beautiful chapel on site where non-religious ceremonies can be held – this was fabulous.
The food was plentiful and delicious – all our guests raved about it. Great choice of welcome drinks and canapes, wines and cocktails.
The grounds are gorgeous, a perfect backdrop for our October wedding.
The venue was exclusively ours and has beautiful bedrooms, including a huge, stunning bridal suite. Most of our guests stayed overnight and took advantage of the brilliant breakfast in the morning so it really extended the celebration.
The day was absolutely amazing from start to finish. All the food and drinks were of a high standard and presented beautifully which includes the wedding breakfast, canapes and cocktails, and breakfast the next day.
The venue is opulent and gorgeous with lots of rooms, clean, well-maintained grounds and the exclusive use is brilliant. The staff are all friendly and accommodating and the event was really well managed.
We had an amazing day at my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding; management, all staff, food, and rooms were all amazing, cannot fault at all.
We had the most fantastic day at Bourton Hall. Our son and daughter-in-law got married on Saturday 15th February 2025. From start to finish the staff, venue, rooms, food and entertainment were fantastic.
All I can say to everyone is, book here for the best day ever. We are so thankful that the day was so amazing for our son and daughter-in-law on their very special day.
The house looked amazing, all dressings and features were fantastic, and we were fortunate enough to have the sparkle package. Everywhere in the grounds was maintained and looked stunning.
There wasn’t any litter anywhere which was really pleasing. The honeymoon suite was fantastic as you’d expect, with lots of room to accommodate the bridal party and all her visitors in the morning.
During the morning it was all hands-on deck and Harminder was steering the ship through the chaos. Everyone the groom met was friendly and had time to discuss anything alongside accommodating requests.
All of the third parties were well managed, and the Bride wasn’t stressed in any way, shape or form. The wider team were also providing exceptional service to all of the guests throughout the day.
The wedding breakfast was described as some of the best food that our guests have ever eaten, with the term exquisite having been used by one tricky guest in particular. No one could fault anything.
The drinks were brilliant, all tasting great and a nice variety for our guests. Harminder deserves a shout out, he put up with us both and our requests and ensured everything ran swimmingly.
We’d also like to shout out the lad who was cooking for us all day and into the morning, he put in a double shift and made some amazing food.
Our wedding was the most magical day!
It goes without saying that as a venue and a backdrop to our wedding day, Bourton Hall was spectacular!
Emily, our Personal Wedding Manager and the team went above and beyond to make our special day perfect.
Like a well-oiled machine, they anticipated our every need and took such great care of us and our guests.
Could not imagine getting married anywhere else. Loved it!
Bourton Hall completely took the stress away from wedding planning. The whole day went off without a single hitch!
The Lodge the night before is so cosy and warm, and beautifully decorated. The Jacuzzi in the rain with umbrellas was so much fun.
The ceremony was just how we had dreamed it would be! The chapel is a magical space.
The food was absolutely delicious, portion sizes big and the welcome drinks were yummy, and the gin cart was worth its weight in gold. The staff were all incredible.
So many special memories made and we are so grateful to Bourton Hall for giving us that time in such a beautiful space to spend with our loved ones. We feel so lucky and wish we could do it all over again.

Bourton Hall is beautiful with lovely bedrooms that are very well decorated and beautifully presented. The gardens are so well kept.
